Stanislava is an expert in the fields of Social and Organizational Psychology, Mental Health and Psychological Support. She has more than 20 years of experience working with children and their families. Conducts individual and family consultations.
In the period 2000 - 2014 she worked on crisis management, critical incident management and psychological support for employees and their families. Participated in a number of researches and projects related to personnel evaluation and selection.
Stanislava has been part of ASSESS team since 2015 and heads the company's office in the Gabrovo - Veliko Tarnovo region.
In 2018 she participated in a series of international trainings in the field of mental preparation of professional athletes. In the period 2019 - 2020, took over as Chief expert the ASSESS` project for psychological preparation of one of the leading professional football clubs in the country.

Daniel is an expert in the field of psychodiagnostics, psychological profiling and prevention of malpractices in a work context.
In 2010 Daniel has completed his bachelor's degree in Psychology at The University of Veliko Tarnovo "St. St. Cyril and Methodius", and in 2012 - master's degree in "Clinical and counseling psychology" at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". Since December 2022, Daniel is a doctoral student at South-West University "Neofit Rilski", where he teaches students in the master's program in "Criminal Psychology".

Lubomira Nikolova holds a bachelor's degree in History from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and in Business Administration from the International Business School, obtained in 2012. She completed her master's degree in Journalism and Media at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" in 2014. Lubomira has worked as a reporter and editor at the first private news agency and radio network "Focus." She served as the editor-in-chief of the "Bulgarian Transport Newspaper" and has been a proofreader and editor of numerous books on historical and military topics. Additionally, she is the author of concepts for programs, radio segments, and advertisements.
In 2016, she assumed the management of the Commercial Department at the Information Agency and Radio Network "Focus." Between 2019 and 2020, she served as the editor-in-chief of the news website Topnovini.bg.

Tanya has been part of ASSESS team since 2014 and heads the company's office in the city of Varna. As part of ASSESS, she began her career in the field of Criminal psychology and worked on a variety of criminal cases, including with offenders and victims of first degree felonies.
In the period 2016-2019 she specialized in Cognitive-Behavioral counseling, and in 2017-2018 expanded her expertise with a series of international trainings in the field of Mental preparation of athletes. In 2017 became part of ASSESS` project for mental training of one of the leading professional football clubs in the country. For 3 years she consulted club's A team, and between 2020-2022 Tanya took over the psychological preparation of the Youth Football Academy. In this period, the academy improved the records for top performance in three age groups simultaneously. Athletes from the individual sports who Tanya works with, climb the rankings and are included in the national selections.
In her practice, Tanya conducts sessions also both on request from organizations and companies from different industries, providing psychological support for employees and their families, and on private requests as well, regarding dealing with specific issue and/or seeking personal growth.
