These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship regarding registration for participation in training programs through this website, the conclusion, modification, and termination of the contract for this purpose between the commercial company ASSESS EOOD, UIC: 201439372, with headquarters and address of management: Sofia 1407, Lozenets ,47 Cherni Vrah Blvd., 2nd floor, office 17, hereinafter referred to as the MERCHANT, and any USER as defined by these terms and conditions.
To avoid any doubt, the online module on this website for registration and purchasing training programs ("online module") is administered by ASSESS EOOD.
The USER agrees to these terms and conditions of the MERCHANT by accepting them unconditionally and undertakes to comply with them. The MERCHANT reserves the right to unilaterally update, supplement, or amend these terms and conditions, as well as the structure of its website, by notifying users of the current terms and conditions published in the registration form.
1.1 The USER must be an individual who is at least 18 years old, a representative of a legal entity, or another legally capable legal entity, and must voluntarily register through the registration form for participation in the training. Registration requires the USER to provide accurate information in the registration form, as well as precise data for the legal entity if an invoice is requested.
1.2 It is advisable for the USER to fill in their information in Cyrillic in the registration form to ensure accurate reflection on the invoice, if one is requested.
1.3 Upon successful registration and completion of the online payment, the USER will receive a confirmation of successful payment sent to the email address provided by them.
1.4 In the case of incorrect and/or inaccurate information provided, the MERCHANT reserves the right to cancel the request.
1.5 In the online module for each training, the following are specified: the name of the training, duration, date and location of the event, and the final price of the product in BGN (including VAT).
1.6 The MERCHANT provides additional user information at its discretion for the USER to be fully informed when making a purchase decision. The MERCHANT responds to inquiries regarding the offered training programs, which can be addressed via email at office@assess.bg or by phone at 0882 658 481.
1.7 The MERCHANT reserves the right to change the prices of announced training programs without prior notice. The USER or the end recipient pays the price valid at the time of the order, as indicated online in the training module.
1.8 The MERCHANT reserves the right to terminate, modify, expand, or permanently discontinue the option for registration and purchase of training programs at any time.
1.9 The MERCHANT provides the USER with a confirmation of participation in the training after receiving payment for the due amount for the training.
2.1. The USER can register for training after entering the necessary registration details in the order form and paying the specified amount.
2.2. No separate contract is concluded between the MERCHANT and the USER for the respective training; instead, such a contract is considered concluded upon payment and completion of the registration.
2.3. The USER confirms their order by clicking the "REGISTER" button.
2.4. The USER must confirm that they have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions. Otherwise, they cannot complete their order.
2.5. Once a request is made, it is processed depending on the payment method chosen by the USER: bank transfer or online payment via debit/credit card. If the "Bank Transfer to MERCHANT's Account" method is chosen, the USER receives an email to the email address provided during registration with summarized participation request data, banking details, and a payment deadline. For online payments, after successful payment, the USER receives an email confirming that they have reserved and successfully paid for the respective training. If the payment is unsuccessful, the USER receives an email stating that the reservation was made, but the payment was unsuccessful, along with another payment link valid for a specified period. The reservation confirmation email is not an acceptance or confirmation of enrollment in the training.
2.6. The contract between the MERCHANT and the USER is considered concluded after the payment either by bank transfer or online payment and from the moment the specific order is confirmed by the MERCHANT via an email containing the sent order with an attached invoice, if applicable.
2.7. For purchased training that will be conducted online, it can only be accessed subsequently if this is explicitly stated in the training module.
2.8. If the USER or the final recipient's details are incorrectly and/or inaccurately entered, the MERCHANT will cancel the received order, automatically terminating the contract.
2.9. The MERCHANT reserves the right to cancel an order in case of violation of any of these general terms and conditions, and will promptly notify the USER of this.
3.1. The USER has the option to pay for the ordered goods through:

For successfully paid orders via bank transfer or card payments, if the USER decides not to attend the training and notifies the MERCHANT in writing via email at office@assess.bg at least 7 days before the training, the MERCHANT will refund the paid amount to the USER within three working days, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
3.3. All payments are made in Bulgarian leva, regardless of the payment method.
3.4. Depending on the chosen payment method, the USER receives the relevant information regarding the payment (bank payment details or a link to an electronic terminal payment).
4.1. The delivery of training is carried out depending on its type – in-person or online, as stated in the training description.
4.2. The MERCHANT refunds the paid amount only in cases of cancellation of the training, up to 7 days before its scheduled date, received in writing at the contact email address office@assess.bg.
4.3. The MERCHANT does not refund the paid amount for completed training that does not meet the USER's expectations.
5.1. All disputes between the MERCHANT and the users of the Service shall be resolved through negotiations and in a friendly manner between the parties. In the event that the parties do not reach a mutually acceptable agreement, all disputes shall be resolved by the Consumer Protection Commission.
5.2. The invalidity of individual clauses of these Terms of Use shall not lead to the invalidity of the entire Terms of Use.
