Piloting is one of the main activities as it aims to make a revision of the training as a content and the platform as functioning. This is why a group of security guards, consisting of 6 people, should be assembled from each partner country. For pilot training purposes, feedback will be gathered from the each group to improve the quality of the training provided before and after the training modules.

Step 1. Questionnaires:

 Before starting the piloting, the first step is each participant to fill in a questionnaire in order to track the knowledge of the participants at the beginning of the course.

 Individual questionnaires should be submitted to each participant.

 There is a specific questionnaire for each module content.

Step 2. Piloting

First of all, it's necessary to provide access by appropriate technical devices. Each security guard part of the piloting group should be provided with a computer and Internet access with a link to the training platform.

Then each security guard part of the piloting group should make registration at the platform. Then, they gain access to the training modules, lessons and quizzes part of each module. They can start to pass the training. All the trainees have a choice how to learn the content - via video or text file. Then, they have to provide at least 80% correct answers to the quiz, so that they can proceed to the next training module.

Step 3. End of the piloting

 At the end of the piloting, the participants should complete a questionnaire in order to trace the knowledge of the participants at the end of the course. The questions included referring to the participants' knowledge are the same as the first one , so that we can make a comparison between the beginning and the end of the training course.

 Again, individual questionnaires should be submitted to each participant.

 Like the questionnaires at the beginning of the piloting, each module has a specific questionnaire but at the post-text questionnaires there is another section referring to the platform - usability and functions.
